Head of GX/UX

Mick joined Avvio in 2003 from a background of print, graphic design and multimedia, to deliver hotel websites in an emerging market.

Having headed up the Design department since 2008, Mick changed role in 2019, taking on the position of Head of GX/UX, focused on research and design around guest and user experiences.

By combining his years of knowledge in the industry with the latest analytics, research methods and user testing, Mick explores the minds of guests to understand what makes them tick.
